What if I don't like the scent of wax melt that I ordered? - Please keep in mind that every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently per person. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance oils used, and descriptions given from the manufacturers. No refunds will be given based on scent.
Do you offer custom orders? - If you are planning an event or are interested in a special order, please contact us directly and we can discuss this with you.

How long does the scent last? - It depends on the scent, what size room you are in and the air flow.  Stronger scents can last 3-4 days in a small to medium size room and 2-3 days in a larger rooms and open spaces. The lighter scents will last approximately 2 days in a small to medium size room and 1, possibly 2 days in a larger room and open space. If you have questions regarding a specific scent, please reach out to us directly.

Do you make custom orders?- Please message us directly with any questions regarding a custom order and we will let you know if we can fulfill your request.

Why do you no longer carry a scent that I purchased before? - We do offer seasonal and limited edition scents that are not available all year round.  We also discontinue scents that do not perform well.  If you do not see the scent that you are looking for, please contact us directly.

Sales, Discounts & Promotions: Only 1 type of discount can be used per order.  For example, a promotion code for free shipping cannot be used on an order that qualifies for the Buy 5 Get 1 Free wax melt discount. Discontinued items do not qualify for Buy 5 Get 1 Free wax melt discount. 

Free Shipping is offered on all orders with $35 or more, worth of merchandise AFTER, any promotions or discounts are applied.  

SHIPPING & HANDLING: We do not currently charge a handling fee. All shipping costs are determined by weight. Orders weighing 15 oz or less will be mailed First Class only unless the items are too bulky OR other arrangements have been made. Any orders weighing over 15 oz are shipped USPS Priority Mail. 

USPS Priority Mail is a very reliable service. However, there are times packages can be misdelivered or go missing due to package theft. If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with the USPS. As a result, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact us and we will require a signature delivery for your order, no matter the amount of the order. This may require an additional payment. 

Please understand that we are a small business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. The above information is not to just remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation financially. We will do anything in our power to resolve any and all situations and work on your behalf with the USPS to resolve any situations that may arise.

REFUNDS: Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued on our bath and body line as these items are personal product and even unopened, we choose not to resell the product since it has been out of possession. For our wax line, product refunds will be determined on an individual basis. Please keep in mind that every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently per person. CANCELLATIONS: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.

USE OF PRODUCTS: 

• Wax products. To prevent Fire or Injury remove any and all packaging before use. Use only in tea-light warmers approved for wax melts or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use. Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
• Bath and Beauty Products.
